Employment Senior Associate 5 years+ PQE Birmingham

Leading regional law firm seeks an experienced employment lawyer to join their team based in Birmingham.

The firm is keen to appoint an experienced employment lawyer with 5 years+ pqe to join their growing employment practice. With ideally experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment agreements, TUPE, equal pay, whistleblowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable partner. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, partnerships, larger companies as well as public sector organisations and third sector clients on varied and challenging employment law issues.

This role would suit an experienced employment solicitor at either Associate or Senior Associate level (or equivalent) who might be looking for a better platform and for the chance to join a very inclusive firm which genuinely values its people.
