My client is a leading national practice, with over 2800 people in 15 UK offices.
In this role you will be handling an EL/PL Fast Track case load. The role will involve:
- Managing a caseload of claims from commencement to settlement
- Dealing with written correspondence (inbound and outbound as appropriate)
- Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls Analysing evidence and reviewing disclosure
- Evidencing and valuing claims
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Negotiating with Defendants
- Preparing court documents
Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage. Candidates must be confident, self-motivated and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
