A leading and award winning Liverpool City Centre based law firm is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Assistant to assist in the delivery of the business development and marketing plans.

You will have a keen interest within Business Development and either have some experience within Business Development and/or a marketing/BD degree.
 
The firm offers an excellent list of benefits, including season ticket loans, childcare vouchers, pension, permanent health insurance, private medical insurance, gym loans and employee assistance programme. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
 
Duties include:
  • Assisting in the administration of the business development initiatives, which may include projects, tenders, research of targets/clients & external communications
  • Keeping control of spreadsheets regarding BD initiatives in the Health Business Group and provide timely updates
  • Building and preparing eshots and invitations, using the firm's e-marketing software (Vuture)
  • Assisting in ensuring contacts are effectively targeted with relevant communications i.e. e-shots/event invites/newsletters
  • Supporting the events team in the organisation of events, including managing invitation lists, preparing invitations and liaising with partners/fee earners leading on events and managing event administration, responses and follow up
