Associate Healthcare Solicitor

Are you a healthcare solicitor looking to join a legal 500 firm in Manchester? This is an opportunity for you to join the healthcare team of an international law firm in the capacity of associate, providing legal advice and services to the NHS and other healthcare organisations. You will be working alongside specialist mental health lawyers and mental health practitioners. Defendant experience is desirable, but not essential. 
 
You will be working as an associate within the healthcare team advising on patient complaints, ombudsmen investigations and wider healthcare law, with a particular focus on mental health. You will be required to attend inquests and deal with matters involving court of protection. Experience in handling judicial review matters, involving human rights is advantageous. You will ideally have experience in advocacy at tribunals.
