Private Client Lawyer, Part time
£35,000 - £42,000 pro rata
Kent, Surrey
Private Client Lawyer – This Legal 500 & Chambers ranked firm who have been established for over a century in mid Kent are now seeking a highly motivated and ambitious private client solicitor or legal executive with c.3+ years' PQE on a part time basis. There is flexibility but they are ideally looking for applicants on a three days per week basis. You will need previous experience of handling a full on private client caseload, including but not limited to:
- Probate
- Trusts
- Wills
- Powers of attorney
- Tax
- Estate administration
Candidates who have either S.T.E.P membership or are registered Solicitors for the Elderly would be advantageous however not essential. This is a firm that over the last few years they have seen consistent growth and have gone from strength to strength.
