A Tier 1 Legal 500 specialist firm, highly recommended for its work representing corporations and private clients affected by criminal and regulatory investigations, is recruiting for a Solicitor to join them at 1 to 2 years' PQE.
You will benefit from joining a team of expert advocates and litigators involved in some of the most significant cases in criminal law involving HMRC, CMA and the FCA. The firm is host to a wide range of commercial organisations as clients, representing them in contentious matters which include internal investigations into corporate and financial crime. There is also a strong quality of international work to be involved in which will allow you to become immersed in multi-jurisdictional projects.

- 1 to 2 years' PQE or more in criminal law
- Experience of dealing with international matters
- Had a focus or some experience related to corporate crime and financial investigations
- A 2:1 degree from a recommended university
- Confidence in advising both individual and corporate clients subject to, or affected by investigations, prosecutions and/or proceedings brought by the UK’s investigating and prosecuting authorities
