A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a global life-science e-commerce company. As part of this small, but supportive and collegiate team you will be responsible for working on a broad variety of interesting legal matters and supporting a wide range of business units and functions.
This is an ideal opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic lawyer to utilise their experience in a broad and interesting role. You will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements;
- Advising on data protection, advertising, promotion, marketing, procurement, e-commerce, corporate, competition, regulatory matters, compliance and dispute resolution;
- Assisting with the management and exploitation of the company's IP portfolio.
This role will allow you to enjoy a high level of autonomy and a genuine work life balance.
Ideally, you will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales with at least 2 years' experience gained in a similar role or in private practice.
