The Role: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Kent
Contract Type: Short term locum
A leading firm, based in Kent, is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team on a full time locum basis due to a holiday cover requirement. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer who has dealt with the full remit of property matters and can hit the ground running in this short term locum role.
This opportunity will enable the Residential Conveyancer to manage and progress a caseload of matters which will include but not restricted to:
- Freehold and Leasehold matters
- Sales and Purchases
- Transfer of equity
Applications for this Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent who have gained at least 5 years' PQE* dealing with a wide variety of property matters.
