A Career Paralegal/Legal Executive is required for a top 100 London firm to join their Commercial Property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paralegal/legal executive to join a large and extremely busy property department. Whilst heavily aimed towards the commercial property team there will also be some work within the residential property team.
The role will include but is not limited to; sale and purchase of investment properties, landlord and tenant matters, plot sales and low level commercial leases and licenses.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working within a commercial property department, ideally with exposure to residential property. Open to both a career paralegal or part/fully qualified legal executive. There will be a requirement to make a contribution to the business development of the department whilst sustaining current client relationships.
