Locum - June 2017
East Sussex
A new locum Litigation position is available for a Solicitor seeking an advanced booking.
My client is an established law firm in East Sussex a Litigation Solicitor to cover their Partners annual leave. I am looking for a Litigation Solicitor from 3 years PQE+ with Litigation experience required to work on both Commercial & Civil Litigation.
The firm is a full service law firm with an established presence in the South East with a great local reputation. The successful candidate will be required to manage Commercial litigation, to include a mixed caseload of Dispute work including, Contractual disputes, Debt Recovery, Company disputes, Professional negligence claims, Property disputes and Landlord and tenant matters. Ideally candidates will have experience of both Civil & Commercial Litigation but my client will consider candidates who only have one area of Litigation.
