Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client, a specialist property firm in Kent, are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property team on a full time, locum basis. This approachable, friendly firm provides a high quality specialist service which includes a dedicated Commercial Property team. The role would suit someone who is a qualified solicitor and that can progress a full and varied caseload on a locum basis.

The role will entail managing a full caseload of Commercial Property files. The role consists of but is not restricted to: landlord and tenant matters, investors, education clients, bank panels, sale and purchase of commercial companies and businesses. Applications are being considered from qualified solicitor with at least 5 PQE, you must be energetic and able to hit the ground running in this locum role.
