My client is looking for highly talented residential conveyancer to join their growing and exciting office in Cardiff.

My client is looking for an individual with extensive conveyancing experience who is confident and capable of handling a busy caseload of residential files under minimal supervision. You be able to successfully deal with a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions (circa 100) including newbuild, unregistered and shared ownership properties with very little supervision of the Team Leader/Conveyancing Manager. The position is within a fantastic firm which truly values its employees and makes them feel part of a close knit team
