RTA Litigation Fee Earner

Are you an experienced RTA Litigator Fee Earner looking for a rewarding new role? 

Due to continued company growth, my client is looking to appoint an RTA Litigator to join its team at its Bolton office. You will have a minimum of 1 year's litigation experience within RTA and be able to handle a fully litigated case load. Keen to build on your existing experience, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving.

As an RTA litigator, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

 * Liaising with clients, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their     cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence
 * Dealing with all types - LVI, fraud, occupancy issues, fast track and multi-track cases
