Defendant Claims Handler

Defendant RTA Litigation Paralegal/Fee Earner/ILEX/FILEX:

My client is a long established Insurance firm with offices throughout the country. They are currently looking to recruit a Defendant RTA Fee Earner/paralegal to join their Motor Team handling third party motor injury claims, both pre-litigation and post litigation, and those of a complex nature.

The team acts for a number of large, well known insurance companies and you can expect to run a quality caseload of pre and post litigation Defendant RTA files. You will have previous experience of handling a caseload of motor related claims including detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case, periodic reporting to the client, legal research, drafting defences and settling files.

The successful candidate will be an experienced RTA fee earner from a Defendant background
