Our client, a highly regarded international City law firm is seeking a private M&A corporate lawyer on an interim basis for 3-6 months to replace a lawyer who has gone on secondment.
You will handle high value private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures mostly within the oil and gas sector.
The ideal candidate would be senior associate level, private M&A / joint venture lawyer from a City law firm background, ideally with oil & gas sector experience although this isn't essential.
