Our client, a major private bank in Central London is seeking an FS Regulatory Solicitor for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
You will advise on regulatory compliance with the Consumer Credit Act, Financial Services Authority regulation, the Payment Services Directive and consumer protection.
The successful individual will be a qualified solicitor with an FS Regulatory background. Individuals qualified in common law jurisdictions are welcome to apply if they have ideally at least 12 months relevant experience gained in the UK.
