Our client, a highly regarded Top 200 London law firm is seeking a corporate solicitor with private equity experience on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.
The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with UK experience in venture capital and private equity transactions and M&A corporate transactional experience. The individual will also be capable of drafting main transactional documents and project managing smaller deals.
This excellent opportunity is due to start as soon as possible. You will act on behalf of an impressive portfolio of clients across a number of interesting sectors.
