Residential Property Partner - London - Head of Dept

Established London firm has a pressing requirement to hire an additional residential property solicitor to lead its successful team.

To be considered you should be employed currently at a central London firm handling mid to high net worth property matters, with proven leadership skills.

You should be adept at managing the requirements of time poor individuals and therefore be used to working to very tight deadlines.

A proven ability to network and develop new business is essential as is a portable client following.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• client liaison
• transacting matters to include sales and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, property finance among others
• developing own network of referrers
• promoting the firm at external events to include seminars and client functions

You must be committed to:-

• providing outstanding client service
• leading and growing the existing team
• building and maintaining referral relationships

The firm will provide:-

• Salary: to £80k per annum plus bonus structure

PQE: 10+ (this is a guide, we wiill consider applications from solicitors with varying levels of PQE)
