An new rare opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a leading construction team who are based across the UK and Middle East.
You will join a large team who advise the firms' commercial clients on a range of non-contentious and contentious law on large scale construction and engineering projects.
Non- contentious work will include; contracts, insurance arrangements and related financial security (bonds, guarantees and letters of credit).
Contentious work will cover mediation, adjudication, arbitration (domestic and international) as well as bringing and defending claims brought in TCC court proceedings.
This role will suit someone with a strong academic background, at a reputable firm and taken a construction seat.
