Role
Advising funds, financial institutions and private equity houses on finance transactions including asset backed lending, securitisation and derivatives.
Requirements
- UK qualified
- Experience with a leading international law firm
- Track record in securitisation (CLOs)

- At least two years' experience through training, paralegalling and post qualification experience
