Main Accountabilities

 

Working jointly with the Partner - Business Development, the duties of the Marketing Executive will include:

 

  • To assist the Partner - Business Development in progressing with the relevant departments' in their marketing campaigns, from creation through to implementation, support and analysis.

 

  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans ensuring brand and house style, whilst being both creative and innovative. Work closely with design and PR agencies to deliver marketing and PR material.

 

  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and progress.

 

  • Alongside the Partner - Business Development, evaluate the success and effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.

 

  • To take a lead part in the planning of seminars, training courses and events in conjunction with the relevant departments, and ensure that the objectives of each are fully met on time and are to budget.

 

  • To assist the Partner - Business Development in arranging meetings and appointments.

 

  • In conjunction with the Partner - Business Development, be responsible for seamless PR and both internal and external communications. .
  • Collateral - keep track of stock levels in each office monthly.

 

  • Website - keeping content updated via the Partner - Business Development, Department Heads and IT team.

 

  • Photography - keep the photographic library up to date by organising periodic photoshoots for new staff.

 

  • Increase profile by sourcing and attending networking events.
