Residential Property Head of Department / Partner

This is an opportunity to lead a team in a flagship office based in the City of London. The office is based in a prestigious location; you will manage an experienced team and be at the forefront of an exciting venture.

The firm now has over 20 offices across the South of England with yet further office openings on the horizon; they have over 500 members of staff. The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.
You will manage a small team of four, as well as running your own caseload. You will find a friendly, cohesive, and supportive team environment. You will work with the company's wider network of Partners to grow the department. The practice has all the infrastructure to support you.

This role would suit a Partner looking for a lateral move, or a Senior Associate perhaps in a top-heavy department looking for a step up regarding responsibility and Partnership.
You will be a:

• Residential Property Solicitor with at least eight years PQE
• Ideally, have experience of running a team - although not necessarily essential
• Have a strong billings history
• Can lead and motivate a team, with a positive outlook
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• You will receive a basic salary up to £80k, plus a bonus structure of up to 20% of all billings.
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
