The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and talented Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in Southampton. Becoming part of a growing, CQS accredited department, the successful Lawyer will manage a demanding caseload of freehold and leasehold conveyancing and real estate sales and acquisitions for a broad, expanding client base. Additional involvement in business development activities is a pre-requisite for the position.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience gained within a reputable Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills, with expertise encompassing all aspects of Residential and Commercial transactions.
The ability to manage a full and varied caseload from instruction to post-completion, with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and possess a flair for business development.
You will be driven with a high level of commercial awareness.
