One of the UK's largest retail post office companies is looking to bring on a Commercial IT Lawyer to join their legal team in London for a twelve month fixed term contract maternity cover.
About the role
The Commercial IT Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice to the company's IT and Procurement teams, whilst reporting into the Head of Legal.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the business on all legal aspects arising from a number of key IT strategic projects being undertaken by the business
- Providing support on other BAU IT or general commercial matters
About you
The successful Commercial IT Lawyer will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 PQE that includes experience on advising and negotiating complex and high value IT framework agreements and outsourcing deals, preferably within the retail sector.
