An exciting opportunity has arisen at a boutique international bank, who are looking for a lawyer with a structured finance or project finance background.
The role involves providing legal assistance in relation to various areas of the Bank's activities with the main focus being their front office functions in London and Paris.
A good knowledge of general banking, corporate and trade finance with specific experience in structured and project finance are essential. Being fluent in, or having a working knowledge of French is also highly desirable.
Ideally, you will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales with at least 3 years' experience gained in a similar role or in private practice.
