Real Estate Lawyer

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a junior Real Estate lawyer to join the team of a highly regarded international law firm, to be based at their Manchester office. Salary upwards of £43k.

Our client is a leading international law firm who have a network of offices across the globe, predominantly providing legal services in corporate, finance, litigation, real estate and tax. The firm's Real Estate practice is widely acknowledged as a market leading practice, who cover all facets of Commercial Property. Their client list is hugely impressive and includes some of the largest property companies and corporate occupiers in the UK and overseas.

Due to expansion they are looking to appoint a junior Real Estate Solicitor in Manchester.

They are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1PQE in general Commercial Property, with your experience and training gained with a city, national or recognised regional law firm. You will have a good knowledge and experience of landlord-related property work such as lease renewals, and asset management experience will also be extremely useful. There will be a significant amount of client contact so you need to be someone who is adept at making and nurturing lasting client relationships and ideally someone who wants to play a key part on this side in future.
