Just in, three additional new vacancies with this leading Bristol / national practice !

Our client is a leading UK firm, well known for their Defendant PI practice which is perhaps the leading team in these areas UK-wide, certainly here in the Bristol market.

They are keen to appoint up to another three lawyers in to their Casualty team dealing with mainly EL and PL work, and these are excellent roles as the work is mainly dealing with litigated claims on behalf of major, household name Insurers.

Overall, you will be joining a department that advises insurers and corporate clients in their defence of claims of all values, types and complexity. Clients are a mix of leading names in the insurance industry as well as household name corporates and the various sub-teams across the department deal with all aspects of defendant litigation, to include catastrophic injury, motor, casualty, disease, product and health and safety. Increasingly, the team is also now regularly getting involved in pre-emptive advice on these issues as well as alternative means of dispute resolution.
