Dealing with very-high-value Housing Association clients

THE ROLE
Both roles are within the property portfolio team based in the firm’s Birmingham office. The firm is looking for candidates with backgrounds in residential or commercial development work, experience in dealing with very-high-value land and property transactions, and familiarity with turnkey and ‘golden brick’ schemes. A pragmatic, commercial approach with excellent client care skills, and the ability to build and maintain significant client relationships over the long term are needed for both roles, and in each case the successful candidate will be comfortable taking on a significant level of responsibility. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of 1 – 3 years’ PQE / 3 – 4 years’ PQE, or a similarly-experienced legal executive;
Have first-class communication skills and be a confident decision-maker with excellent analytical skills;
Display a high level of technical expertise and a strongly commercial approach;
Be a real team player, flexible, adaptable, approachable and diplomatic.
