Intellectual Property Litigation (5+ PQE)

A national law firm based in the City with a strong focus on their Intellectual Property Litigation practice are looking to further grow their IP department. They are seeking an Contentious IP associate with more than 5 years post-qualification experience.

The practice are known for their expertise on a variety of Contentious Intellectual Property matters. The team deal handle varying high-profile IP disputes in the UK and abroad for high-end clients.

This role represents the opportune time to join a growing team and work closely with Partners that are highly regarded within this area of law. Due to the size of the team, you will be heavily involved in a wide variety of contentious IP matters including both soft and hard IP.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and would have gained a minimum of 5 years experience within a leading regional or City law firm. In return, the new joiner will be supported by a clear framework which presents a clear route to partnership.
