Pre Litigation Fee Earner

They are looking for Personal Injury and Credit Hire Pre Litigation Fee Earners to join. They are looking for competent professionals who are trained to the highest standards and take pride in their work and the organisation.

* Handle a full caseload of RTA Pre Litigation matters
* Be able to work independently
* Demonstrate that they can cope well under pressure
* Build strong relationships with clients
* Have a minimum of 6 months RTA Paralegal experience
* Have experience using MOJ Portal

Person Spec

* Independently handling own caseload
* Worked in a target driven environment
* Experience of using Proclaim or similar case management system
* Experience in dealing with Stage 3 and Infant Approval matters
* Experience in dealing with Credit Hire, Storage and Recovery
* Demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills when dealing with clients, other parties and colleagues.
* Demonstrate good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
* Have the ability to plan and prioritise your case load effectively
