Dedicated Family / Child Panel Member required for a dynamic practice in Cardiff.
An established multi-office practice, our client is progressive, friendly firm located in South Wales. Dedicated to excellent customer service, they provide a comprehensive range of services to commercial and individual clients across the region in a jargon-free, efficient manner. Staffed by expert Lawyers and experienced support staff they endeavour to provide first class service to all their clients in order to meet and exceed their expectations.
The Role
We are now seeking a talented and client-focused Family / Child Panel Member to join their flourishing practice in the Cardiff area. Becoming part of a growing department which includes one of the firms’ partners, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of private and publicly funded matters to include: divorce and financial remedies; private law Children Act matters; cohabitation disputes; pre-nuptial agreements; adoption; domestic violence and; care proceedings. The ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development activities.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background in Family and Children matters.
Membership of the Law Society’s Family and/or Children Panel is essential for the position.
You must have excellent technical and client care skills.
You will be able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be personable, driven and seeking a new challenge within a well-regarded practice.
