A personal injury Credit Hire litigator / Fee Earner is wanted for a rewarding opportunity with a national Top 500 law firm based in Liverpool Centre. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

My client is a well-regarded and established firm of Claimant Personal Injury solicitors. Working for this forward-thinking firm provides applicants great opportunities for progression and development. After 18 months of working with the firm candidates may be eligible to apply for a Training Contract.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Credit Hire litigator / Free earner to join the highly-regarded personal injury department.
This opportunity will allow applicants to deal with a caseload of roughly 150 litigated small claims credit hire files. The successful applicant will undertaking very technical discussions and negotiations with the insured, insurers and third party solicitors and try to pursue the appropriate settlement of cases. The role does provide training to help you handle the high quality personal injury cases from inception to settlement.

Applicants are invited to apply if they: -

* Have excellent client care skills
* Have at least 6 months of experience in managing your OWN caseload of Credit Hire files (Essential)
* Have a proven track record of handling litigated files. A high percentage of those litigated files must be Credit Hire and you must have handled them from inception to completion (Essential)
* Have a proven Track record of handling litigated Personal injury files
* Have a proven Track record of handling litigated RTA files
