Head of eDiscovery

There is no doubt this law firm is impressive and has a reputation that is second to none. This is a global role based either in London or Europe and you will lead a team of approximately 15. The firm offers flexible working arrangements with the option for further flexibility to work from home at times when required.

There is an attractive salary on offer and this will be assessed based on your experience.

This is a strategic appointment, seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional who is passionate about emerging technologies. You will also possesses the technical knowhow, qualification and background in eDiscovery.

Essentially you will:-

• Possess a qualification in Law, IT or both and have experience at the Senior Level in eDiscovery / eDisclosure.

• Be a leader and you will have prior experience with respect to developing and managing a team/s.
• Contribute to client pitches and proposals to include working closely with internal and external parties across the business on eDiscovery matters from their inception through to their completion with an understanding around cross jurisdictional regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Attend meetings where necessary with respect to eDiscovery project matters.
• Advocate for everything eDiscovery to include a willingness to attend networking functions, seminars and lead presentations.
• Be able to travel regularly when required.
• Be invested in the continued education of the team and deliver training programs in this respect.
• Work with Business Heads and collaborate with IT with respect to emerging technologies.
• Be connected within the eDiscovery industry.
