Construction Lawyer

A large Local Authority based in the North West of England is seeking two Construction Lawyers to join them for a 12 month locum assignment.

The successful candidates will carry a full caseload of construction matters and have strong experience handling, drafting and negotiating construction contracts. This role will also involve advising the Authority around current and proposed construction projects within the city.

Our client is particularly keen to speak with candidates that have previously worked within Local Government, although all candidates with the relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Lawyer to join a large council, at a time where the city is undertaking extensive regeneration and improvement projects.
