Conveyancer (Derby) 2-5 years Experience

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner/Paralegal - Derby

Due to recent expansion and an influx of high value work, a position has become available for a number of experienced Residential Conveyancers to join a highly reputable, award-winning, Legal top 200 firm in Derby. My client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer who has the ability to handle their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing/Property files from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have at least 2-5 years' experience dealing with a variety of Residential Conveyancing files, including freehold/leasehold, sales/purchases and shared ownership.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Minimum of 12 months experience handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception through to completion

- Experience dealing with freehold/leasehold, sales/purchases, shared ownership, new builds

- Experience working towards and achieving targets

- Ability succeed working independently and within a team environment

- Possesses outstanding client care skills

- Willing to undertake training in order to progress
