Lexcel accredited practice seeks talented Private Client Lawyer in Surrey.

The Role
Our client is now seeks a dynamic Private Client Lawyer for their specialist team based in the Guildford area. Working alongside the Head of Department, the successful Lawyer will manage a complex and challenging caseload of HNW work to include: estate administration; will drafting; LPAs; the creation and administration of trusts; probate and; tax planning. Previous experience handling HNW maters would therefore be highly advantageous, but is not a pre-requisite for this position. Keen to get involved within business development initiatives, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain new and existing client relationships and promote the services of the department. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid Private Client experience;
Previous experience handling HNW matters is highly advantageous but is not essential;
You will have outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
You will have a desire for professional development.
