This Legal 500 Practice is looking for a Corporate and Commercial Paralegal to join their growing Corporate & Commercial team in Kent. You will be based in the Sevenoaks office and will be part of the talented team.
This will be a hands-on role where you will be working on a varied caseload to include; Merges & Acquisitions, MBO's, Corporate advisory and Shareholder agreements.
* Based in the Sevenoaks, Kent.
* Prospects of a training contract.

* You will be a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal with at 6 months experience within a Corporate & Commercial department.
* You will work well within a team and be an organised individual.
* The salary for this role is up to £18,000 - £25,000, plus an industry leading benefits package.
