This Employment Solicitor role will be based in the firms growing Guildford, Surrey office.

The Employment Department is proud to be ranked in both Chambers Legal Directory and the Legal 500. You will work within the Schools & Charities Department, which is a nationally rated Education practice, acting for many independent schools across England, and charities. The role will primarily deal with a range of HR and Employment issues but will also deal with issues relating to pupils (for which training will be provided). Previous experience of issues within schools relating to safeguarding, SEN and disability discrimination, parental complaints, data protection and admissions/exclusions would be an advantage.
You will join a friendly, supportive, and professional team.

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• Experience of dealing with Schools and Charities will be to a massive advantage, but isn't essential
