Elite US firm is looking to recruit two talented private investment fund lawyers into the stellar funds practice in London. The team advises on complex investment fund formation.

The ideal candidates will have either 1-3 or 2-5 years post qualification experience in funds. Of particular importance are private investment funds, including buyout, energy & infrastructure, real estate and venture funds, as well as funds of funds.The team advises across the full spectrum or requirements. This firm is well recognised as having a standout practice.

In keeping with those around you will have a leading UK or US firms background. The firm pays NY rates. You will top draw drafting, negotiation and communication skills and have a commercial, market savvy approach which combines a high level of industry awareness with a commitment to delivering the highest quality advice to clients.
