Boutique central London firm requires a junior Company Commercial Solicitor.
Established by dedicated London-based lawyers, our client has built a strong client base, acting for clients in the UK and overseas. Recognised as leaders in a number of fields, they provide expert advice and assistance, with innovative solutions to the most complex of issues.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, talented Company Commercial Solicitor to join our clients’ thriving practice in the City. Working closely with senior members of the department, including one of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will gain exposure to a diverse caseload, encompassing: company formations; negotiation and drafting of a myriad of contracts and commercial agreements; join ventures; corporate insolvency and; share options. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will become involved in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor from NQ – 2 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Company Commercial department.
You must have excellent technical and client care skills.
You will be a team player and also able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be commercially aware with a practical and innovative approach.
A flair for business development is desirable.
You will be driven, personable and display meticulous attention to detail.
