Client Services Team Leader

In this client services team leader role based in Stratford-upon-Avon, your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring all required tasks of the reception and client services team are completed to a high standard
• Ensuring all telephones are monitored and calls are logged appropriately
• Assisting your line manager with any projects and events
• Ensuring stock levels are monitored 
• Managing staffing levels on telephones and front desk 

For this client services team leader role, you must have a degree of high drive, a can do attitude, a keen eye for detail with a strong focus on getting things done, be a team player, along with a confident and dynamic personality.
 
You must also have experience working in a team leader role within a law firm.
