In-House Real Estate Paralegal/ILEX.

This fast growing telecoms infrastructure investor and developer has nationwide operations, and a legal team based in West Yorkshire. The legal team is seeking to recruit a Paralegal or ILEX to support the next phase of expansion of the business. The opportunities would be suitable for legal executives (for instance with an ILEX qualification) or experienced commercial property paralegals, coming from either an in-house or private practice background.

This company would value solid real estate skills more than anything else. Telecoms infrastructure experience would be useful but is not essential as sector specific training will be provided. Your personality and attitude to work will be the key thing here.

The work is interesting and quite unique in that you would develop an understanding of telecoms technology, infrastructure and regulation alongside your existing real estate skills. The work will principally relate to the acquisition and development of new mast sites from a range of landlords for client mobile operator groups like Vodafone, Telefonica, EE, and H3G. In addition there is legal work associated with the management of the existing acquired portfolio of mast sites.

The successful candidates will be motivated, organised, diligent and capable of showing initiative and solving problems. This is a small and friendly team who have backgrounds in a major international law firm, and which will provide a stimulating and fast moving environment for the right individuals.
