This is an exceptional opportunity to join an ambitious ABS Law Firm in Cheadle, Stockport as a Claims Handler/Customer Service Advisor. This Property damage team is being created to support the business growth and claims volumes experienced at the Cheadle office. It will be supported by the established teams in Mansfield. This opportunity is to work as part of a new team, managing building repair claims.
You will:
- Have some experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Answer calls from customers, clients, suppliers and partners in compliance with service level agreement timescales.
- Carry out your work in an organised manner and in compliance with performance targets.
- Be a good communicator with excellent telephone manner.
- Be focused on customer service and deliver client service excellence.
- Process claims management administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Offer advice and guidance to policyholders, clients, suppliers and partners.
- Manage a caseload of claims professionally and in compliance with the firm’s processes and procedures.
- Record all details of complaints accurately and deal with those complaints professionally and in compliance with both the firm’s policies and FSA Regulation.
- Be able to compose and generate written correspondence as necessary.
- Have strong IT and keyboard skills.
