Solicitor - Legal Executive

Exciting opportunities have arisen across multiple locations for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a very well established, highly regarded and expanding regional firm.

The successful candidates would ideally have have a minimum of 5 years’ post qualifying experience and ideally be a full members of STEP however our client would be happy to explore other individuals who aspire to further their career into STEP and who have a strong Private client knowledge.  As well as having a good technical expertise in all areas of Private Client, including Wills, Probate, Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters, they will also have enthusiasm for business development, client relationship management and client development.

Candidates will need to demonstrate an ability to work both under their own initiative and as part of the wider team across all the firms offices.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to network to build relationships with new and existing clients as well as within the local market are essential. 

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual with a flexible but committed approach to delivering a first class service and expanding the success of the Private Client department and the company as a whole.

Our team has a wealth of experience and is well respected.  We have solicitors from newly qualified, to 20 years plus, along with highly experienced legal executives and paralegals.  All fee earners have good support from trained legal secretaries.  All fee earners are involved in the planning and business development of the department and in the sharing of technical knowledge and good practice.
