Legal 500 rated law firm with offices in Dorset and Hampshire is seeking to expand their Commercial Property Team.

This award winning firm acts for an enviable portfolio of clients across a range of industries.

Due to on-going and sustained success an additional Commercial Property Lawyer is required.

The role will involve handling a range of matters including acquisition and disposal work, lease renewal and extensions and landlord and tenant matters.

Within the role you will be expected to play a part within business development and marketing and thrive within a busy environment.

Ideally, you will have 2 years experience as a FILEx or Solicitor gained within Commercial Property and be ready to join an established and forward thinking law firm.
