A great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a very well respected and one of the largest firms based in the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas within their Private Client department.

The firm's highly regarded Private Client department are seeking to recruit a solicitor to join their Warwickshire based team.

Working closely with the wider team, you will undertake a range of private client work including:

• advising on wills and trusts
• trust administration
• court of protection
• lasting powers of attorney
• probate and the administration of estates

Clients will be varied, from landowners to shareholders in family businesses and directors of companies and their families. This is a great opportunity to become a part of this impressive team and enjoy a great mix of quality work with high levels of client contact.

Their expertise ranges from wills, estate planning and probate matters, inheritance tax and succession planning to legal advice dealing with the Court of Protection matters.

The firm are a leading regional UK law firm with a significant presence in Warwickshire.

As the Private Client Solicitor you will be a UK qualified private client solicitor (or overseas equivalent) with evidence of good quality training and experience gained from one of the UK's leading law firms and may have a minimum of 3 years PQE but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
