A full-service international law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join their well regarded Construction and Engineering team based in the Birmingham office. This is an exciting time to join a growing team which offers excellent progression prospects and scope to work on international projects.
About the role:
This firm's award winning Construction and Engineering team act for a large number of major public and private sector clients in a range of sectors including transport & infrastructure, education, health, engineering and hotel & leisure.
Workflows will include acting on a diverse mix of Construction & Engineering disputes including:
- ADR encompassing mediation, adjudication and the resolution of claims under the pre-action protocol
- Acting in proceedings in the TCC
- Domestic projects with the scope to becoming involved in international work
- Professional Negligence claims
- General advisory work in the Construction & Engineering arena
The team have an outstanding reputation, being recognised in both Chambers UK 2017 and the Legal 500, therefore presenting the opportunity for the successful Construction Litigation Associate to be exposed to leading individuals in this field.
About you:
The Construction Litigation Associate will be a UK qualified solicitor with ideally a minimum of 4 years experience gained at a well-respected national or international law firm. Please note that this level is only a guide and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying for the role.
