Corporate / Commercial Solicitor 1-3 years PQE - London Bridge

This start up corporate team has experience across the growth cycle of a business. Based within a large Commercial High Street, the firm caters to businesses across the board -   Whether you're just starting out, want to expand or you're looking at a sale, merger, or IPO

The Role

• Acquisitions, disposals,
• Take-overs and mergers,
• Asset sales/purchases,
• Partnership/shareholders agreements, loan agreements and company restructuring (including s110 ia 1986 agreements).
• Company/partnership formation,
• Company secretarial issues,
• Employee share (option) schemes and terms and conditions.  

The Person

• Solicitor between 1-3 years preferably from a High Street background
• Looking to move forward within Corporate/Commercial generalist work
• Ability to learn quickly on the job
