Commercial Property Lawyer with a client-focused outlook sought for a Lexcel-accredited practice.
Our client is a well-established practice offering a select range of legal services to business and personal clients from their network of offices located throughout the Home Counties. The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven Commercial Property Lawyer to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in Milton Keynes. Becoming part of a specialist team, the successful Lawyer will work closely with senior lawyers, including one of the firms’ partners on all types of real estate matters. The caseload will potentially involve: freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; development projects; landlord and tenant matters; property finance and; property aspects of business sales and purchases. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will play an active part in business development and networking, ensuring the further growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 – 5 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Commercial Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
You will be commercially aware with firs class client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will be IT literate.
A flair for business development would be highly advantageous.
