Residential Conveyancing Plot Sales Specialist

A highly regarded Legal 500 listed national commercial practice is seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Paralegal to the firms' envied Real Estate Team in a specialist plot sales role and operate out of the firms' Solihull office.

The firm is well known as a very strong commercial practice that acts for predominantly high profile clients in a variety of sectors covering real estate, residential property, corporate finance, commercial services, energy and technology to name a few. It has a reputation as being the "go to" firm in the Midlands.

The role is to work as a part of a dedicated residential property team and focus on dealing with plot sales, plot purchases and part exchange sales. You will work closely with senior members of the team and will be exposed to instructions emanating from large national developer clients as well as private individuals.

You will have a minimum of 12 months' experience of working in the residential conveyancing sector and you will be proficient in dealing with plot sales and purchases. You will have an understanding of the residential development process and will be well versed in dealing with the residential conveyancing procedure.
